You can never sell your job. But let’s say you create a successful business. You can sell it to someone else. In fact, I worked for a husband and wife who created an online business (travel website) and sold it for millions of dollars. They retired before age 40.

Earnings Potential: Unlimited. $100,000 per year or more if you flip houses, websites, or collectibles. $10 per year if you flip previously worn socks.
Knowing what flips is one of the best ways how to make more money.
Find something, such as a comic book, piece of furniture, baseball card, luxury clothing, Nike Air Jordan sneakers, etc., that is priced really cheap. (You can find/source at local flea markets, eBay, Craigslist, and pawn shops.) Buy it. Then flip it (sell it) to someone else for a higher price.
They’re willing to pay a higher price because they don’t know how or don’t have the time to find the item themselves. Or, you are able to repair or clean the item to make it more valuable.
For instance, I once sold my trumpet on Craigslist. I wasn’t using it anymore, and I wanted to make more money by selling it. I didn’t list it everywhere to get the highest price possible. I just wanted a fair price so I could use the money to pay rent or buy more chicken wings (equal importance to me). Use an app like Neighbor to make more money. You can earn $100 per month, $500 per month, or $1,000 per month by making your space available.
Just post your space on Neighbor. This can be your garage, driveway, storage shed, or closet. People will pay you if you allow them to put their items in your space.

If you want to make more money in an easy way, refer people to sign-up for useful apps.
For example, I use the free Rakuten app to get quick cash back at restaurants and shopping. When wonderful humans (like you!) sign-up for Rakuten using my link, I get paid. What’s great is the person who signs up ALSO gets bonus money!
Why do apps pay referral bonuses? It’s like cheap advertising for them. They get us to talk about their app instead of them having to buy expensive commercials on TV. (Though sometimes they do that too.)

Negotiate a Raise
Earnings Potential: Earn 25% more money! Or more!
Know your worth! What you need to make more money with a raise is something called leverage.
Simply put, what would be worse for the company… paying you the extra money you want – or losing you, having to search for a new worker, training that person, and hoping they can do as good a job as you?
The best way to negotiate a raise is by having another job lined up. Just tell your supervisor, “I really like working for you. Another company has offered to pay me $X. If you can match their offer, I’d love to stay.”
Then be sure your supervisor puts the raise in writing. If it’s not in writing, it doesn’t count. Sorry.
Another form of leverage is if you can afford to leave the job even if you do NOT have another job waiting for you.
Either way, your company needs to value you enough to pay you more or risk losing your services.
Use the internet to search for the salary for what people in your job get paid in your area. Top performers get paid more than lower performers.
If you’re already getting the maximum for your job title, are you actually doing tasks that are for a different job? Then you should be paid properly for that! For instance, if you were hired to cook delicious mouthwatering pasta, but your boss also has you supervise and train the other pasta cooks, you’re actually a manager and should be paid as such.
